Local cuisine holds solid positions: totally fresh and organic food, a chef loving Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine and original recipes. First about the products. Tria offers its guests only natural food. They do not use preservatives and semi-prepared foods. Even the sauces are prepared independently from natural ingredients. Their chef is exploring every day new and innovative recipes from all regions of Turkey to please the most refined gourmet. Finally, local dishes are adapted to European taste; therefore Tria Restaurant offers only pleasant surprises. 

As a result, here you can enjoy such wonderful dishes as lamb, prepared with cinnamon sticks in a real oven - they will serve the meat on a silver dish with rice, cooked with raisins and pine nuts... Or fresh lamb, prepared with homemade vegetable sauce... Or may be fresh-killed mutton with green mint, or veal with vegetables in a clay pot?.. Chicken breast with white sauce and peaches, beef or chicken shashlik and finely chopped tomatoes with pomegranate sauce and walnuts for garnish. And of course vegetables, cooked in the oven, and juicy, fresh greens all year round... You'll be served a snack of spinach with fresh Turkish yogurt, mint, just a bit garlic and olive oil, marking the flavor of dishes... Admiring the Bosphorus from the upper terrace, you will enjoy the taste of the fish drawn out from the sea that very morning - they will grill it or roast immediately after your order. Or try the filleted fish with vegetable garnish, cooked without oil. May be you will enjoy grilled squid with oyster sauce? Or fish stew prepared from several types of fish and roasted mussels with cheese crust. They also serve shrimps. Lots of Turkish appetizers - spicy, mild, unbelievably delicious and stimulating the appetite, - big, fresh, elegantly decorated salads, flavoured with fragrant olive oil with pomegranate sauce and finely chopped dried tomatoes, nuts, figs, dried apricots. Vegetarian dishes... Incredibly tasty Börek - layer cake stuffed with goat cheese or spinach - baked right in the restaurant's kitchen... You can taste it with one of the many wines of this restaurant. As for alcohol, Tria Restaurant has large selection of quality liquor, both Turkish and foreign. You can choose wine both for meat and fish dishes. And for aromatic lamb dishes we suggest to try anisic raki, which they water in Turkey and slowly drink with watermelon, orange melon and white cheese... It gives accent to the taste of meat and does not make you drunk, so in Turkey they call it "lion's milk". For an aperitif we serve whiskey, gin and brandy - everything you might want that will awaken your appetite, which will be satisfied with wonderful dishes of our restaurant.

Well, and dried apricots for dessert - whose taste competes with fresh apricots, - cooked with sesame seeds and stuffed with nuts and honey sauce, or sweet caramel cream - one of the best desserts of local chef.
