Staff

We have well-qualified, friendly and English speaking staff. We are ready to help you when you need something, and we do not disturb you when you are enjoying our cuisine, staying all alone or talking to the people, who came with you in Istanbul. Our waiters will always give a recommendation or advice on choosing a menu or wine list. Our chef is an expert on Turkish cuisine. Our receptionists are attentive and friendly. For example, they will offer you the old Turkish Hamam, which still works from the time of the Sultan, send you on a tour (there are lots of them), provide a separate guide who speaks your language, or help to make a group tour. They will make you a map itinerary, order a taxi and do everything to make you feel nice and comfortable. Our maids do everything to make your room shine with cleanliness. Many people do their best to make you a serene vacation. All of them are members of the Tria Hotel.

We will call you a taxi, show the exchange offices or hairdresser's, and be ready for the fact that hotel's staff will take you there, and not just show the direction. We care about your guests and believe that each of them needs a personal approach.
